Sales Executive (Outdoor / B2B) – High Growth, High Earnings Potential

Key Responsibilities

Proactively hunt and secure new business opportunities across construction, infrastructure, and event sectors

Conduct client visits, site meetings, and product presentations

Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close deals confidently

Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive repeat business

Collaborate closely with operations teams to ensure excellent service delivery

Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead

Maintain an active sales pipeline and track performance against targets

Ideal Candidate

1–4 years of experience in B2B / outdoor / field sales

Experience in construction, industrial, or related sectors is a strong advantage

Hunter mindset – motivated to generate new leads and win business independently

Comfortable with on-site visits and client-facing engagement

Target-driven, self-motivated, and eager to maximize earnings

Must possess own transport and be open to travelling within Klang Valley
