Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve assigned sales targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and key retail partners.

Identify and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue and market growth.

Conduct regular market visits to monitor product visibility, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.

Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and other internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and execution of promotions.

Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and market insights to management.

Deliver excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction through consistent engagement and follow-up.

Job Requirements
Education
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

Experience
Minimum 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.

Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Possess a valid driving license and willing to travel within the assigned territory.
