Sales Executive - Seberang Jaya

Job Responsibilities:
-Drive personal sales performance by achieving the targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
-Proactively follow up on leads and attend phone enquiries and walk-in customers professionally.
-Build rapport and establish strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction.
-Resolve customer complaints professionally and in a timely manner.
-Prepare and present company products to targeted customers.
-Participate in sales events, such as exhibitions, roadshows, and online events, to enhance brand visibility and engage with potential customers.
-Organize, follow up, and monitor the completion of sales transactions up to the signing of the Sale and Purchase Agreement (SPA) and the application/approval of loans for sold products.
-Ensure compliance with the sales process by accurately completing and submitting all relevant paperwork in a timely manner.
-Coordinate with purchasers, lawyers, and bankers to ensure a smooth flow of inter-related processes.
-Any other duties that may be assigned by Management from time to time.

Job Requirements:
-Possess a Diploma in Business Administration/Marketing or any other equivalent.
-At least 2 years of experience in sales & marketing within property industry will be an added advantage.
-Proven track record of success in a sales role.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Microsoft Words, Microsoft Excel & Microsoft Power Point)
-Excellent communication and presentation skills.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
-Possess strong influence and negotiations skills.
-Positive working attitude and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
