Sales - Executive / Senior Executive / Assistant Manager / Manager

Salary:
Executive / Senior Executive: RM2,800 – RM4,000
Assistant Manager / Manager: RM5,000 and above

Responsibilities:
- Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.
- Must have an Engineering background (Electrical/Electronic)
- Researching prospects and generating leads.
- Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
- Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.
- Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.
- Managing the sales process through specific software programs.
- Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Participating in sales team meetings.
- English, BM and Mandarin speaking is highly preferred to liaise with diverse clients, suppliers, or associates.

Requirements:
- Diploma/Advanced Diploma or Degree or similar.
- M&E Background or Engineering Field Experience preferred.
- 1+ years of sales experience in the related industry.
- Excellent customer service and sales skills.
- Strong verbal and written communicator.
- Excellent phone and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM, and sales software programs.
- Good negotiation and problem-solving skills.
