Sales Executive

Requirements
-Possess own transport and willing to travel for customer visits.
-Candidates must possess at least Diploma
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Able to work independently with responsibility and discipline.
-Previous sales experience in construction/roofing/home improvement is an advantage (but not mandatory).
-Fresh candidates with strong interest in sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities
-Manage own transportation for work-related tasks.
-Schedule and attend customer meetings according to client availability (e.g., after 6PM).
-Conduct site visits to customers' homes, provide consultations, and propose roofing designs.
-Follow up on leads provided by the company, including new housing projects (e.g., new housing estates that require roofing).
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls and meetings.
-Handle each project independently: create sketches, drawings, and take accurate roof measurements.
-Participate in company-provided training programs to enhance product and sales knowledge.
