Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

1) Lead Generation: Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and market research.
2) Client Engagement: Present products/services, answer customer queries, provide solutions, and overcome objections.
3) Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to secure profitable deals.
4) Account Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
5) Reporting & CRM Management: Track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and report performance using CRM software.
6) Market Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
7) Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, support, and product teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
