SALES EXECUTIVE (TELECOMMUNICATION)

Key Responsibilities

Must have knowledge in selling telecommunication items.

Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the Company.

Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.

Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

Conduct product presentations and explain features, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.

Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.

Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, admin) to ensure smooth order processing.

Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.

Prepare sales reports and updates for management on a regular basis.

Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and sales procedure.



Requirements / Qualifications
Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in sales (telecommunication or retail sales is an advantage).

Well conversed in Mandarin, English and Malay to comply with mandarin customer.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to travel when required.

Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, sales system).
