Position : Sales Executive/Manager (TYRE SALES EXPERIENCE REQUIRED)

Location : PJ Uptown, Selangor, Malaysia

Working hours : Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to RM10000 + Incentives + Transport Allowances + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration : Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

Managing Relationships: Maintaining and strengthening partnerships with existing dealers, workshops, and retailers.

Driving Sales Growth: Identifying new sales opportunities, achieving sales targets, and expanding market coverage.

Customer Engagement: Regularly visiting clients to provide training, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction.

Market Intelligence: Monitoring competitors and market trends to inform business strategy.

Internal Coordination: Working with other teams to ensure smooth order processing, delivery, and after-sales support.

Administration & Reporting: Preparing sales reports, forecasts, and assisting with marketing activities.

Other adhoc activities assigned



Requirements:

Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in tyre retail sales, retail management, or automotive parts distribution.

Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills, with a results-driven mindset.

Good understanding of the automotive aftermarket and distribution network.
