Sales Executive/Representative (In-Store)

What you'll be doing
-Delivering outstanding customer service and building strong relationships with customers
-Actively promoting and selling our wide range of wine and tobacco products
-Ensuring the store is well-stocked, organised and visually appealing
-Handling cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently
-Providing feedback and suggestions to improve the customer experience
-Supporting the store manager with various administrative tasks as needed

What we're looking for
-Previous experience in a customer-facing retail or sales role
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, helpful manner
-Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make informed recommendations
-Numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate cash handling
-Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
-A passion for delivering exceptional customer service
