Sales Manager / Business Development Manager

We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive / Sales Consultant to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets.

If you enjoy interacting with people, closing deals, and earning attractive commissions, this role is perfect for you.

Key Responsibilities
-Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve sales targets
-Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
-Present and promote company products/services to potential customers
-Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
-Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries
-Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in CRM systems
-Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
-Participate in sales meetings, training, and marketing activities

Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
-Minimum 1–3 years of sales experience (fresh graduates with strong interest in sales are welcome to apply)
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-Fluent in English and Mandarin (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients) is an advantage
