Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities
-Identify and secure new business opportunities for rental solutions (mast climbers, working platforms, lifting equipment).
-Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, project teams, and site personnel.
-Prepare and present rental proposals, quotations, and technical solutions.
-Negotiate contract terms and close sales successfully.
-Conduct site visits, attend client meetings, tenders, and briefings.
-Monitor market trends, competitors, and project pipelines.
-Coordinate with operations and technical teams for mobilization and setup.
-Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term client engagement.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering (Civil), Business, Marketing, or related fields.
-Minimum 2 years of experience in construction equipment rental, scaffolding, industrial machinery, or related industries.
-Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
-Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
-Self-motivated, independent, and target-driven.
-Good communication and presentation skills.
-Proficient in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.
