Sales & Marketing Executive

-Drive sales growth for the Drone Division through both direct sales and creative marketing initiatives
-Develop and execute digital marketing ideas including TikTok content, Facebook promotions, online advertisements, and campaign concepts to generate leads
-Present and promote company drone equipment to new and existing customers
-Identify potential customers, prospect leads, and build a strong sales pipeline
-Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and new selling opportunities
-Prepare and deliver engaging product presentations and demonstrations
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
-Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction
-Track sales activities, marketing performance, and lead generation results
-Educate customers on product features, applications, and benefits

Requirements:
-Diploma / Degree in Marketing, Business, Sales, Digital Media, or related field
-Strong interest and creativity in digital marketing & social media content creation (TikTok, Facebook, online ads, etc.)
-Good communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
-Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven attitude
-Basic computer skills (MS Office, social media platforms)
-Ability to communicate in English & Malay (other languages are an advantage)
-Willing to travel when required
