Sales Merchandiser - Rawang

Requirements
-Prefer Female (as per operational requirement)
-Minimum SPM or equivalent.
-Fluent in Mandarin/Cantonese is a plus.
-Physically fit and comfortable with frequent travel and carrying stock (up to 10kg)
-Willing to travel and work weekends and public holidays if required for promotions or events. Field-based role (90% travel to supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesale and F&B outlets).

Duties and Responsibilities:

Product Merchandising & Stock Management
-Ensure proper product placement, visibility, and stock levels.
-Conduct FIFO stock rotation; remove expired/damaged items.
-Prevent out-of-stock by monitoring inventory and restocking promptly.

In-Store Execution & Promotion
-Implement merchandising plans, promotions, and POS materials.
-Ensure compliance with pricing, labelling, and hygiene standards.

Relationship Management
-Maintain good relationships with store staff and management.
-Negotiate for better shelf space and update customer profiles.

Market Intelligence
-Monitor competitor activities and gather market/customer feedback.

Reporting & Administration
-Submit timely reports (sales, stock, competitors, visits).
-Use digital tools to report store conditions and manage records.
-Follow up on payments with proper documentation.
