Job Description
This position will be based at Parkson - Pavillion Bukit Jalil
Attractive commission scheme
Deliver outstanding customer service by welcoming, assisting, and serving patrons
Cultivate a positive brand reputation and motivate customers to explore and buy products
Exhibit in-depth product knowledge and effectively communicate product features and advantages to customers
Recognize customer interests and comprehend their needs and preferences
Suggest appropriate products to customers according to their needs
Uphold cleanliness and visual standards in the counter
Perform monthly inventory checks
Ensure precise pricing and proper presentation of all merchandise
Reporting daily sales after counter closing
Job Requirements
Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and in accordance with retail operating hours.
Outstanding communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered a plus
Previous experience in customer service or retail is beneficial
Warm, sociable demeanor with a enthusiasm for engaging with others
Proficient in product handling
Excellent communication and presenting skill
