Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities
-Handle online inquiries via WhatsApp, social media, website, and e-commerce platforms
-Manage offline sales activities including walk-in customers, client visits, school or corporate appointments
-Understand customer needs and advise on design, fabric, sizing, pricing, and production lead time
-Prepare quotations, follow up on approvals, and close sales
-Coordinate with internal design and production teams to ensure smooth order execution
-Maintain customer records, sales pipeline, and basic reporting
-Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat and referral business
-Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance

Requirements
-Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
-Experience in sales or customer service is preferred (custom apparel / uniform / printing industry is an advantage)
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
-Good communication and negotiation skills
-Comfortable handling both chat-based online sales and face-to-face customers
-Organized, responsive, and able to follow up effectively
-Sales-driven mindset with a customer-first attitude
