Salesperson

Requirements

Candidates must possess at least Diploma.
At least 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or retail (health & beauty industry is a plus).
Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
Confident speaker with strong communication and persuasion skills.
Comfortable customer-facing roles, and social media.
Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented.
Basic computer/phone literacy for tracking orders, WhatsApp follow-ups, and reporting.
Responsibilities

Product Presentation & Selling

Promote and sell range of health and personal care products to B2B customers.
Understand product features and benefits to confidently explain and recommend suitable solutions based on customer needs.
Lead Generation & Follow-Up

Taking initiative to generate leads
Engage potential leads via phone, WhatsApp, or face-to-face meeting.
Follow up with leads, provide after-sales support, and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Retail/Event Support

Attend marketing events, roadshows, or consignment outlets when needed.
Set up product displays and support event-based sales campaigns.
Sales Reporting & Targets

Track and update daily sales performance.
Work toward achieving individual and team sales KPIs.
Provide feedback on customer preferences, product feedback, and competitor activities.
