Security and Safety Manager

Job Responsibility
-Manage onsite security guards for daily security operations.
-Manage security service provider to ensure all security metrics are met.
-Connect with security operations center to complete local security operation and maintenance indicators.
-Define system security requirements and collaborate with engineering teams on both internal and customer-facing security initiatives, ensuring the consideration of data confidentiality, integrity, and availability.
-Follow policies, guidelines, and procedures for safeguarding information assets.
-Monitor and respond to security incidents, ensuring quick resolution.
-Manage security projects to completion, ensuring they meet scope, timelines, and budget constraints.
-Coordinate with SOC team for any security operation matters.

Requirement:
-Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field; or equivalent experience.
-Strong safety awareness.
-Good communication skills and experience in supplier management.
-Have project management experience data security and monitoring experience.
-Self-initiative and willing to learn.
-Able to work independently or team and able to meet project datelines.
-Willing to work in Sedenak/Nusajaya area.
