Senior Barista

Requirements
-Must be vaccinated with Typhoid injection
-Possess at least an SPM certificate in any field
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Strong interpersonal skills, energetic, and eager to learn new things
-Basic knowledge in beverage preparation
-(No prior barista experience? No worries! Training will be provided.)

Responsibilities
-Prepare and serve hot & cold beverages (coffee, tea, specialty drinks) according to recipe & presentation standards (SOP)
-Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area, equipment, and seating area
-Handle stock arrangement and ensure proper inventory management
-Prepare daily sales summary reports
-Assist with new staff training and support team members
-Welcome and engage with customers to ensure a positive experience
-Explain menu items and recommend drinks or products to customers
-Handle customer payments accurately and efficiently
-Continuously seek to improve processes, efficiency, and service quality
-Comply with Halal and safety standards
