Senior / Equipment Engineer - Padang Serai

Roles & Responsibilities ：

CAD Preparation
-Monitor on-site 6S and safety management conditions
-l According to tasks assigned by superiors, prepare CAD drawings as required.
-RResponsible for preparing drawings of tooling and fixtures, and arrange for processing.
-Equipment Management Documentation.
-Responsible for drafting and improving equipment condition standards, equipment safety operation procedures, and equipment maintenance procedures.
-Responsible for preparing and completing relevant documentation required during company certifications.

Equipment Maintenance and Overhaul
-l Formulate equipment cleaning requirements.
-Formulate equipment maintenance requirements.
-Develop and arrange equipment maintenance plans.
-Standardization of Equipment Fault Cause, Measures, and Maintenance
-Organize and analyze data; after data is complete, integrate fault causes and countermeasures to achieve standardized maintenance operations.
-Investigate fault phenomena, determine corresponding solutions, and improve equipment maintenance responsiveness

On-site Issue Handling
-Rapidly handle equipment faults.
-Support commissioning and mass production of new equipment.
-On-site 6S and Safety Management.
-According to the company’s 6S requirements, conscientiously carry out on-site 6S work and maintain workplace cleanliness.
-According to the company’s safety requirements, strictly supervise maintenance team members in executing all safety operation procedures, preventing any accidents.

Monitor on-site 6S and safety management conditions
-Uphold the “Safety First” concept, actively promote safety awareness, strengthen workplace patrol inspections, promptly identify potential hazards, and implement corrective measures.

Otherwork
-Perform other related duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.

Education :
-Bachelor’s degree or above, major not limited (Mechanical , Electronics, or Mechatronics-related fields.).

Skills Requirements :
-Possess good interpersonal communication and coordination skills, strong team spirit, and be proficient in equipment management procedures.
-Responsible, strong sense of duty, and proactive in work.

Work Experience :
-More than 1 year of equipment management experience.
