Senior Executive - Server & Network Administrator

Responsibilities:
-Manage and maintain the organization's enterprise servers, network and virtualization infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability and performance.
-Perform system administration tasks including configuration, patch management, monitoring and capacity planning.
-Implement and maintain Backup, Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP) solutions to safeguard business operations.
-Provide senior-level technical support and act as Tier 3 escalation for complex infrastructure and system issues.
-Conduct root cause analysis for system incidents and implement preventive measures to improve system stability.
-Ensure infrastructure security, system hardening and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards such as ISO 27001, ITIL and PDPA.
-Support infrastructure upgrades, system migrations, virtualisation initiatives and technology refresh projects.
-Evaluate and recommend new infrastructure technologies aligned with the organisation’s IT strategy and digital transformation roadmap.
-Liaise and coordinate with technology vendors and service providers for maintenance, support and project implementation.
-Maintain accurate technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
-Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in server and network administration.
-Strong hands-on experience in managing enterprise infrastructure environments.
-Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
-Experience with virtualisation technologies, backup solutions and disaster recovery planning will be an added advantage.
-Familiarity with infrastructure security practices and compliance standards such as ISO 27001 or ITIL is preferred.
-Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
