Lingkaran Trans Kota Sdn. Bhd. (LITRAK) is a premier infrastructure utility company and the concessionaire for the Lebuhraya Damansara-Puchong (LDP), one of the busiest and most critical highway arteries in the Klang Valley. Established in 1995, the company was instrumental in transforming urban connectivity between Damansara and Puchong.
As a specialized highway operator, LITRAK’s core mandate involves the Design, Construction, Operation, and Maintenance of the 40-km LDP highway. The firm utilizes advanced Traffic Management Systems (TMS) and a dedicated 24-hour "LDP Ronda" patrol team to ensure commuter safety and smooth traffic flow. In 2022, LITRAK underwent a significant corporate restructuring after its acquisition by Amanat Lebuhraya Rakyat (ALR), a private not-for-profit entity, aligning the highway’s operations with a mandate to stabilize toll rates and eventually return the asset to the government. LITRAK remains a benchmark for urban highway management in Malaysia, integrating technology-driven toll collection with high-standard infrastructure upkeep.
