Job Summary
We are seeking a Senior Program Manager to serve as the 'right-hand' lead for the France-based Engineering Director. In this high-trust role, you will take full ownership of the product development lifecycle for RFID and secure technology programs, from initial stakeholder requirements to mass production and industrialization. You will act as a pivotal local anchor, coordinating across global sites to ensure project delivery within fast-paced 6-8 month cycles.
Why Join Our Client?
Global Exposure: Daily interaction with international teams in Switzerland, the US, China, and Australia.
Leadership Impact: Direct influence on the R&D roadmap and organizational efficiency.
Supportive Environment: Flexible working hours and a culture that promotes professional maturity and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Program Ownership: Manage multiple concurrent projects from initial requirements gathering to industrialization and final market release.
Agile/Scrum Facilitation: Act as the Scrum Master for the R&D team, leading daily stand-ups, iteration planning, and retrospectives.
Global Liaison: Coordinate project plans and resource allocation across multiple global R&D sites.
Stakeholder Management: Work closely with Business Development and Product Management to align technical engineering tasks with market opportunities.
Risk & Resource Management: Identify technical blockers and assess project risks to maintain a steady development pace.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant program or project management experience is expected. We welcome "mature juniors" who demonstrate a senior professional presence.
Agile Proficiency: Deep practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum frameworks is essential. You must be able to articulate and implement Scrum theory effectively.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (Electronics preferred), Computer Science, or Business Administration.
Technical Background: Familiarity with Electronics, RFID, or NPI (New Product Introduction) processes is highly beneficial, though we are open to candidates from general high-tech manufacturing.
Language Skills: Fluent English is mandatory for reporting to a global Engineering Director and collaborating with international stakeholders.
Personal Attributes: High self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work autonomously without daily local supervision.
