Job Scope
Sales & Customer Service
Welcome and assist customers in selecting handbags, shoes, wallets, and fashion accessories.
Provide product knowledge, including materials, features, care instructions, and current promotions.
Achieve individual and store sales targets.
Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally.
Store Operations
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
Replenish stock and maintain proper product displays according to visual merchandising standards.
Monitor inventory levels and report low-stock items.
Conduct stock receiving, stock transfers, and stock counts.
Cashiering
Operate the POS system accurately.
Process cash, card, and e-wallet transactions.
Balance the cash register and prepare daily sales reports when required.
Store PIC (Person in Charge) Responsibilities
Supervise and support retail staff during assigned shifts.
Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance.
Open and close the store according to company procedures.
Ensure company policies, SOPs, and grooming standards are followed.
Handle daily operational issues in the absence of the Store Manager.
Prepare daily sales, attendance, and operational reports.

Inventory Management
Perform regular stock counts and inventory audits.

Ensure proper storage and handling of merchandise.
Visual Merchandising

Ensure price tags and promotional signage are accurate.
