Senior Sales Executive (Manufacturing | Ayer Keroh)

-Achieve monthly sales targets and grow new business.
-Maintain and expand relationships with existing customers.
-Identify new market opportunities and gather market insights.
-Handle order-taking, pricing, and coordination on artwork/printing requirements.
-Ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
-Perform basic credit assessment for new customers following company guidelines.
-Work with Customer Service and Production to fulfil customer needs.
-Manage customer issues and follow up on product complaints.
-Ensure timely payment collection.

Job Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
-Minimum 3 years experience in corrugated carton, packaging, or B2B sales.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Strong communication, negotiation, and planning skills.
-Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to communicate in Mandarin is an added advantage to support Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Must have own transport and willing to travel to Selangor & Johor when required.
-Must be willing to work in Ayer Keroh, Melaka.
