SEO PAID ADS SPECIALIST

We are looking for an experienced SEO & Ads Specialist to help grow our business through digital advertising and lead generation.

You will be responsible for managing and optimizing TikTok Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, generating high-quality leads, controlling advertising costs, and improving campaign performance. You will also work closely with our sales team to ensure the leads generated have strong business potential.

The role focuses on the Malaysia and Singapore markets, with opportunities to support our future expansion across Southeast Asia.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Proven hands-on experience in digital advertising, especially TikTok Ads and Meta Ads.
* Strong understanding of performance marketing, lead generation, and campaign optimization.
* Ability to analyze advertising data, control Cost Per Lead (CPL), and improve ROI.
* Experience writing advertising copy and providing creative direction for marketing materials.
* Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and lead management is an advantage.
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Able to work independently and deliver results.
* Experience in B2B marketing, investment-related services, or high-value customer acquisition is an advantage.
* Candidates must be able to work in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.
