Service Advisor

Job Responsibilities:

Assist in managing customer orders upon arrival at the workshop

Coordinate and assign repair jobs to mechanics under supervision

Follow up on repair progress and update customers on service status

Ensure all customer complaints are properly recorded and addressed

Support in arranging and monitoring required spare parts with the store department

Help inspect and verify completed repair work

Maintain cleanliness and proper housekeeping of the workshop

Assist in coordinating breakdown service arrangements

Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by management

Requirements:

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply

Minimum SPM / Diploma in Automotive, Engineering, or related field

Willing to learn and develop technical and coordination skills

Good communication and teamwork skills

Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of vehicle or machinery maintenance is an advantage
