Service Crew / 服务员

Job Responsibilities
1.Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
2.Take customer orders accurately and ensure smooth service operations.
3.Clear, clean, and reset tables promptly.
4.Wash and polish glassware, ensuring all glassware is clean and ready for use.
5.Communicate effectively with customers and team members.
6.Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent service at all times.
7.Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of dining and service areas.
8.Ensure customer satisfaction by managing expectations and delivering a pleasant dining experience.

工作职责
1.负责为顾客点餐、上菜，并及时清理及整理桌面。
2.清洗及擦拭玻璃杯，确保所有杯具干净并可随时使用。
3.与顾客保持良好沟通，提供友善及专业的服务。
4.处理顾客需求与询问，确保顾客拥有良好的用餐体验。
5.保持餐厅环境整洁，协助日常营运工作。

Job Requirements /职位要求
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays / 能接受晚班、周末及公共假期上班
- Friendly personality with strong customer service skills / 具备良好的顾客服务意识及沟通能力
- Good communication and interpersonal skills / 做事认真负责，态度积极，愿意学习
- Responsible, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment / 能适应快节奏工作环境
- No experience required — training will be provided / 无经验可，提供培训
- Must be comfortable working in a non-halal restaurant / bar environment (alcohol served) / 能接受在 非清真（Non-Halal）餐饮 / 餐酒吧环境 工作（店内提供酒精饮品）
