Service Manager (Marine & Industrial)

Lead and manage the daily operations of the workshop and field operation.

Ensure all workshop equipment and tools are properly maintained and in good working condition.

Monitor and improve workshop productivity, turnaround time, and overall service efficiency.

Plan, coordinate, and monitor technicians' daily workflow to ensure timely and high-quality service delivery.

Provide technical guidance and support to technicians and customers in diagnosing and resolving complex mechanical and industrial equipment issues.

Ensure all service and repair works are completed in accordance with company standards, manufacturers' specifications, and safety requirements.

Build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, principals, suppliers, and business partners.

Monitor service quality, customer feedback, warranty claims, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Identify opportunities to expand the services business.

To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:​

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Marine Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in the marine, industrial, heavy equipment, or mechanical service industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Proven technical knowledge of mechanical, or industrial equipment and after-sales service operations.

Strong leadership experience in managing service technicians and coordinating field service activities.

Good communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
