Shipping Coordinator

Ensure customer's request, enquiries or complaints are attended and responded.

Ensure all shipments comply with local and international regulations, including HS codes and permits.

Preparing and processing import/export documentation such as invoices, packing lists, customs declarations, and shipping permits.

Coordinating with freight forwarders, customs agents, transport providers, and warehouse teams.

Monitoring shipment schedules and ensuring timely delivery of cargo.

Tracking shipments and resolving delays, discrepancies, or logistics issues.

Ensuring compliance with customs requirements and Private Bonded Warehouse regulations.

Maintaining accurate inventory and shipping records.

Communicating shipment updates to customers, suppliers, and internal departments.
