Key Responsibilities
Transactional Execution (Oracle): Execute the "Ship Out" process in Oracle ERP. Coordinate with the warehouse team to confirm Serial Numbers for each unit before final shipment.

Document Verification: Perform high-precision audits of shipping documents (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, HS codes, quantities) against system data and physical cargo. You are the final gatekeeper before goods are handed to couriers and forwarders.

Regional Coordination: Act as the primary local point of contact for the Hong Kong Control Tower – handling daily coordination on inbound/outbound schedules and consolidation requests.

Compliance Support: Assist in preparing data for LMW monthly reports and support Trade Compliance with documentation. (K-forms are handled by external brokers – your role ensures data accuracy.)

Hybrid Operational Support: During our lean pioneer phase, enjoy a dynamic role split: 85% technical shipping documentation and 15% hands-on warehouse support (cycle counts, receiving, picking).

Requirements
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in shipping execution, logistics coordination, or documentation within a manufacturing environment (Electronics or high-precision industries preferred).

Systems: Proficiency in Oracle or SAP is highly preferred. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel is required for data verification and reporting.

Meticulousness: Exceptional attention to detail, specifically with matching unique serial numbers and technical part descriptions.

Language: English fluency is mandatory for professional daily coordination with the Hong Kong headquarters and regional stakeholders.

Notice Period: Immediate joiner or with a maximum of 1-month notice period.

Attributes: A "no-ego" team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable moving between a desk and the warehouse floor.
