Site Supervisor

Supervise and monitor daily site work progress in accordance with project schedules and quality standards.

Report site progress, issues, and work status to the Project Manager and Project Engineer.

Prepare and submit Request for Work Inspection (RFWI) and coordinate with consultants/clients for inspections.

Attend site inspections, project meetings, coordination meetings, and safety meetings.

Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, workers, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

Ensure all works are carried out in compliance with approved drawings, specifications, and company procedures.

Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.

Keep accurate records of daily site activities, manpower, materials, and equipment.

Assist the Project Manager in resolving site issues and ensuring project milestones are achieved.



To succeed in this role, we will need you to have:​

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.

Minimum 1–3 years of relevant site supervision experience. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Knowledge of mechanical installation works, project coordination, and construction/site practices.

Familiarity with RFWI procedures and site inspection processes.

Able to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical documents.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work independently with minimum supervision.

Possess own transport and willing to travel or work at project sites when required.
