Site Supervisor

Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience in construction.
Must have CIDB permit
Able to work independently with integrity and commitment to assigned duties.
Effective site management skills and knowledge in reading construction plan.
Posses own transport.
6 months to 1 year contract.
Able to speak Mandarin.
Responsibilities

Supervise construction works on the project at the site, ensuring work is completed and runs smoothly.
Coordinate and monitor sub-contractor activities and ensure that all works are carried out according to the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, and work instructions.
To supervise and manage daily project planning and work progress on-site.
Attend all project site meetings as well as technical meetings with clients. To assist submit all documents, reports and data.
To ensure all materials delivered to site are handled and stored appropriately.
To report to the superior on the daily progress of the projects.
Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by superiors.
