SITE SUPERVISOR, PROJECT IMPLEMENTATION

Responsibilities:

Supervise construction activities on site and report any identified deviations.

Check and monitor contractor’s progress to ensure work is on schedule.

Verify physical progress on site

Submit and update site progress report for delay or issues encounter during site progress.

Check and follow up to ensure product quality in accordance with company quality standards.

Check and ensure construction activities follow construction drawing, specification, liaise with consultants to resolve the construction issue where necessary.

To assist in CPA & ICQ preparation by monitoring site progress and verifying completed work.

Participating in joint site measurement with contractors and the quantity surveyor to ensure accurate progress valuation.

Supports by ensuring site is ready CCC.

Requirements:

Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Building Construction, or related field.

Minimum 2–3 years of experience in building construction.

Experience in site supervision, progress monitoring, billing support, and quality control.

Good understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and site practices.

Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

Strong problem-solving, coordination, and communication skills.

Good time management with a sense of urgency and accountability.

Strong safety awareness and teamwork mindset.
