Your Role

Follow up and close incoming leads

Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solar solutions

Build trust and long-term relationships with customers

Prepare quotations and proposals

Coordinate closely with internal operation & technical teams

Achieve sales targets and contribute to company growth



What We’re Looking For:

Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or related industries is highly preferred

Sales-driven and confident in dealing with customers

Good communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated, responsible, and result-oriented

Able to work independently and in a team

Able to speak English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus)

Possess own transport
