Spare Parts Assistant

- Assist Spare Parts Sales and Store in obtaining customer satisfaction by performing clerical support relating to spare parts orders and enquiries in central region of Malaysia.
- Attend to customers' enquiries – walk in customer, phone call and others customer enquiries related to spare parts.
- Acknowledge receipt of orders placed by dealers (by fax or email).
- Check and reply mails.
- Receive payments and issue invoice, receipt for all transaction.
- Assist in handling spare parts warranty claims.
- Update sales report and to system.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
