Storekeeper

Responsibilities:
-Conducts weekly and monthly physical stock counts for raw materials, seasonings, and finished goods; monitors "on hold" or rejected items and manages the disposal of expired or damaged stock.
-Prepares and verifies finished goods for local and international orders; ensures accurate quantity counts (pallet vs. sales order) and manages all shipping documentation, including loading reports and consignment notes.
-Handles daily and monthly records for storage temperature, pest control, and facility hygiene; oversees the cleaning and maintenance of forklifts, trucks, and pallets (plastic and wooden).
-Acts as a liaison between production, shipping, and inventory departments to coordinate material issuing, urgent requests, intercompany transfers, and supplier returns (tongs/drums).

Requirements:
-Knowledge of food safety, allergens, and temperature control.
-Skilled in manual stock counting and tracking shortages.
-Ability to operate and clean forklifts and pallets.
-Strong communication with production and shipping departments.
