Therapist 理疗师 Job Responsibilities 工作职责 * Provide wellness therapy services to customers according to company SOP 根据公司SOP为客户提供养生理疗服务 * Learn and perform different therapy techniques and treatments 学习并操作不同的理疗手法与项目 * Understand customers’ concerns and provide suitable service recommendations 了解客户的身体困扰，并提供合适的调理建议 * Follow up with customers on their experience and progress 跟进客户调理后的情况与反馈 * Assist with customer service and introduction of suitable treatments/packages 协助客户服务及介绍合适的项目与配套 * Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of treatment rooms and equipment 保持理疗房、仪器及工作区域整洁卫生 * Attend company training and continuously improve therapy skills and knowledge 参与公司培训，持续学习手法及相关养生知识 Requirements 任职要求 * Experience in massage, TCM wellness, beauty, head spa or therapy is an advantage 有推拿、养生、美容、头疗或理疗经验者优先 * No experience is welcome — training will be provided 无经验也可，公司提供培训 * Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn 有责任感、积极、有学习意愿 * Good communication and customer service skills 有良好的沟通及客户服务能力 * Team player with a positive working attitude 有团队精神，工作态度积极 * Willing to grow together with the company 愿意与公司一起学习及成长
