Job Summary - TINTED INSTALLER
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Automotive Tinted Installer to perform professional window tint installation on various types of vehicles. The candidate must ensure high-quality workmanship, customer satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
Perform professional automotive window tint installation for various vehicle models, including Continental and luxury cars.
Remove existing tint films and clean glass surfaces before installation.
Measure, cut, shape, and apply tint films accurately using appropriate tools and techniques.
Ensure tint installation is free from bubbles, scratches, dust, wrinkles, and other defects.
Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards and customer satisfaction.
Handle customer vehicles carefully and prevent damage during installation.
Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of the work area, equipment, and tools.
Follow company SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality control procedures.
Complete assigned jobs within the required turnaround time.
Coordinate with the branch manager and other technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
Assist with Paint Protection Film (PPF), coating, polishing, or detailing work when required.
Report any vehicle damage, installation defects, or customer complaints immediately to the Supervisor.
Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management.
Job Requirements
Minimum SPM, SKM, or equivalent qualification.
At least 2–5 years of experience in automotive window tint installation preferred.
Knowledge of different types of tint films and installation techniques.
Good hands-on skills and attention to detail.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsible, hardworking, disciplined, and willing to learn.
Able to work efficiently and complete assigned tasks within the required timeline.
Experience handling luxury or Continental vehicles is an advantage.
Fresh candidates with relevant technical skills may be considered.
