Welcoming and seating guests promptly and courteously, ensuring they feel valued from the moment they arrive

Taking food and beverage orders accurately and communicating them clearly to the kitchen and bar staff

Serving food and drinks with professionalism, ensuring correct items are delivered to the correct guests

Providing knowledgeable recommendations about menu items, specials, and beverage pairings

Checking in regularly with guests to ensure their satisfaction and addressing any concerns promptly and professionally

Clearing tables efficiently and maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the dining area

Processing payments and managing the point-of-sale system accurately

Supporting the team during busy service periods and assisting colleagues as needed

Maintaining awareness of food allergies, dietary requirements, and special requests

Upholding restaurant policies and health and safety standards at all times
