Warehouse Executive

What you'll be doing
-Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including stock management, inventory control, and order fulfilment
-Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures
-Collaborating with the logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatching of orders
-Maintaining detailed records and providing regular reports on warehouse activities and performance
-Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency
-Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for
-Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the manufacturing, or distribution industry
Must be able to speak and read Mandarin. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with China -dealers.
-Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
-Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
-A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and inventory
-Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing and logistics industry
