Warehouse Executive

About the role

JINGXIN GROUP (M) SDN. BHD. is seeking a motivated and organised Warehouse Executive to join our team in Kulai Johor. This is a full-time role that will play a crucial part in the smooth and efficient operation of our warehouse and distribution centre.

What you'll be doing

Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including stock management, inventory control, and order fulfilment

Supervising and coordinating the work of warehouse staff to ensure productivity and adherence to standard operating procedures

Collaborating with the logistics and transportation teams to ensure timely and accurate dispatching of orders

Maintaining detailed records and providing regular reports on warehouse activities and performance

Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency

Ensuring the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and compliant with all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in the manufacturing, or distribution industry

Must be able to speak and read Mandarin. Mandarin is required as candidates will need to liaise with China dealers.

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office applications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with various stakeholders

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate records and inventory

Familiarity with relevant health and safety regulations in the warehousing and logistics industry
