WAREHOUSE MANAGER

Roles and Responsibilities

Operations Management:
-Supervise daily activities, including shipping, receiving, order fulfillment, and general maintenance, setting efficient layouts and workflows.

Inventory & Stock Control:
-Manage stock levels, conduct counts, minimize dead stock, and ensure accuracy through data systems.

Staff Leadership:
-Recruit, train, schedule, coach, and motivate warehouse teams to meet productivity goals.

Logistics & Distribution:
-Coordinate product flow, liaise with transport companies, and ensure timely deliveries.

Safety & Compliance:
-Enforce health, safety, security, and handling regulations, conduct inspections, and maintain standards.

Reporting & Analysis:
-Produce performance reports, monitor metrics & develop action plans for improvement & loss prevention.

Others:
-Responsible for Warehouse documentation for the business line.
-Understand on the requirements for a QMS, including documented information, planning and determining process interactions.
-Any others task as assigned from time to time.

Qualification
-Degree in related field or above
-Experienced as Warehouse Manager (need managerial level experienced) between 3 to 5 years
