Warehouse Officer

Responsibilities
-Warehouse Management: Oversee daily warehouse operations, including inventory control, stocktaking, inbound/outbound management, and ensure efficient and orderly processes.
-Material Distribution & Delivery: Ensure timely allocation and delivery of materials to support production needs and prevent downtime due to shortages.
-Team Management: Lead and supervise warehouse staff, develop training plans, and improve efficiency to ensure smooth team operations.
-Logistics Planning: Develop and implement logistics plans to ensure on-time material delivery and support timely completion of production tasks.
-Inventory & Parts Management: Monitor spare parts and material stock levels, ensure timely dispatch, avoid overstocking or shortages, and optimize inventory turnover.
-Coordination & Communication: Collaborate with supply chain, sales, and other departments to align production with market demand and adjust material supply plans accordingly.

Requirements
-Bachelor’s degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in warehouse management, with strong knowledge of inventory control processes.
-Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills, with the ability to lead teams effectively.
-Problem-solving skills and ability to handle unexpected issues.
-Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to follow leadership directives.
-Proficiency in SAP and MS Office applications.
-Willing to undergo 3-6 months of training in China.
