Job Requirements:
-At least 2-3 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment.
-Strong cooking skills, especially with grilling and skewering techniques.
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure kitchen environment.
-Ability to work well in a team environment, communicate effectively with kitchen staff, and foster a positive work atmosphere.
-Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a busy kitchen.
-Individual with food hygiene certificate preferred.

Responsibilities
We are looking Sous Chef & Kitchen Assistant: -

Key Responsibilities:
1. Menu Planning & Development
-Collaborate with HQ on menu design, seasonal adjustments, and special event requirements.
-Adjust menus based on customer feedback and demand to enhance the overall dining experience.

2. Team Management & Kitchen Operations
-Lead, manage, and coordinate the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and consistent food preparation, especially during shows and peak hours.
-Train, mentor, and develop junior kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
-Communicate effectively with both kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

3. Food Quality, Safety & Hygiene
-Ensure all food meets established quality and presentation standards.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.

4. Supply Chain & Inventory Management
-Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients, particularly for large-scale events.
-Manage inventory levels to ensure a consistent supply while minimizing waste and controlling costs.

5. Customer Experience & Continuous Improvement
-Monitor customer satisfaction through feedback and adjust menus or services accordingly.
-Strive for continuous improvement in food quality, efficiency, and customer experience.
