Role Summary

Responsible for independently managing customer service operations and coordinating with internal teams and distribution channel partners to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Handle customer and distributor enquiries, orders, and after‑sales support via phone, email, and messaging platforms.

Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment.

Follow up on order status, deliveries, and customer feedback, resolving issues promptly.

Provide accurate information on products.

Prepare and manage quotations, order confirmations, and basic service documentation.

Maintain proper customer records and ensure timely issue resolution.

Support sustainability initiatives through responsible product communication.

Requirements

Degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in customer service, sales support, or administrative roles.

Mature, reliable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Customer‑focused, well‑organised, and detail‑oriented.

Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, email).

Interest in sustainability or green industries is an advantage.
