SISMA Auto is a privately owned, independent multi-brand automotive group with over 30 years of experience in the premium automotive sector. We are also a company registered with the Ministry of Finance Malaysia (MOF) in the field of automotive supply/services. SISMA Auto commenced operations in 1994 as the exclusive importer and distributor for Jaguar cars in Malaysia. In 2014, SISMA Auto, welcomed Land Rover into its family via the formation of Jaguar Land Rover (Malaysia), with joint venture partner Sime Darby Motors. In 2017, the company added a third premium marque, Volvo, into its portfolio. In 2021, the company launched SISMA Auto Hub, a premier multi-brand 3S Centre offering services to Buy, Sell, Service, and Import quality used cars from all luxury brands. SISMA Auto Hub is also an Approved Permit (AP) Holder and a member of PEKEMA, further enhancing its capabilities in offering a curated selection of high-quality, imported vehicles. In 2022, SISMA Auto further strengthened its position in the Electric Vehicle (EV) segment by introducing BYD, the world’s largest EV manufacturer, to its lineup. Continuing its strategic EV expansion, the company welcomed Denza into its portfolio in 2025. SISMA Auto is the automotive arm of the SISMA Group of Companies. It was founded by the late Dato’ Syed Ibrahim Syed Mohamed and his brother, Syed Hussain Syed Mohamed. Today, the SISMA Group is proudly a second-generation family-owned Group of Companies.
