主要职责：
- 监控日常运营并确保遵守标准操作程序 (SOP)。
- 收集、整理和分析运营数据（例如包裹流、处理时间、绩效指标）。
- 编制定期报告和仪表盘，为区域经理和各门店提供支持。
- 协助识别瓶颈并提出流程改进建议。
- 与枢纽和门店团队协调，跟进运营问题并确保及时解决。

Logistics Management Intern (3-4 positions)

Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor daily operations and ensure compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
- Collect, organize and analyze operation data (such as package flow, processing time, performance indicators).
- Prepare regular reports and dashboards to support regional managers and stores.
- Assist in identifying bottlenecks and making suggestions for process improvement.
- Coordinate with hub and store teams, follow up on operation issues and ensure timely resolution.
