Job Description / Responsibilities:
• Specific for installation and servicing of the Indoor & Outdoor water filter
• Install, test and maintain various type of Water Filter
• Inspect, check, identify problems and provide solutions.
• Dealing with customer inquiries and providing professional advice to meet client’s requirements.
• Ensure customers use the products correctly and accurately by providing training sessions and professional knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers in solving technical problems encountered during product installation and use
• Be responsible in collecting product feedback to assist in product improvement.
• Any other ad-hoc task being assigned by superior。

Job Requirements:
• Able to communicate in multiple language (Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin & English)
• Must Follow Standard Operation Procedure (SOP)
• Must have GDL license
• Must Responsible and High Discipline
